Our Background and Story

In 2022, Joe Banko—long-time project manager and passionate entrepreneur, decided to take the plunge into business ownership. With extensive experience in both commercial and residential construction, Joe founded Bliss Construction Group on the belief that self-improvement and continual learning are the path to true Bliss. He is committed to personal growth so he can better serve his customers and provide the best possible experience.

As the business has grown, Bliss Construction Group has continuously expanded its capabilities, project offerings, and team—allowing the company to take on a wider range of work while maintaining the same commitment to quality, transparency, and customer care.

Joe Banko is a licensed General Contractor in NC and SC, and a Licensed Professional Engineer. Joe is a graduate of NC State University with a degree in Construction Engineering and Management.
